By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Customer – individual using the Platform to order goods, book rides, or request deliveries.
• Vendor/Merchant – registered seller, store, or business offering goods or services.
• Driver/Partner – registered delivery rider or driver providing services.
• Services – features including food delivery, grocery delivery, eCommerce, pharmacy, parcel delivery, and ride booking.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our Services.
• By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Users must register with a valid email, phone number, and other required details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Services Offered

BBBring provides a multi-vendor platform where:

• Customers can order goods, book rides, and request deliveries.
• Vendors can list and sell products (food, groceries, medicines, and more).
• Drivers can accept and fulfill delivery or ride requests.

5. Orders and Deliveries

• Orders are binding once confirmed.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Customers must ensure correct delivery information.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect info or absence may incur extra charges.

6. Payments

• Payments may be made via cash, wallets, or cards.
• Prices shown include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
• Service, delivery, and platform fees may apply.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made before order confirmation.
• Refunds are subject to Vendor approval and BBBring policies.
• Non-refundable: perishable goods, medicines, and completed deliveries.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock info.
• Ensure quality, safety, and legality of products.
• Non-compliance may result in suspension.

9. Driver Responsibilities

• Comply with traffic laws and safety rules.
• Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance.
• Handle goods with care and deliver promptly.

10. User Responsibilities

• No fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities allowed.
• No hacking, disruption, or misuse of the Platform.
• Harassment or abuse toward Vendors, Drivers, or staff is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

BBBring acts only as a facilitator between Customers, Vendors, and Drivers. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, accidents, or damages caused by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBBring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of BBBring or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
